Wow, 10 challenges already! It doesn't seem possible that it's been that many already!

Today's Party Time Tuesdays challenge is to create a summer birthday card, don't forget the birthday greeting/sentiment on the front! PTT is also kicking off a month long party with new Guest Designers each week - this week the GDT is Colleen! This was created for my good friend Shirley's birthday, she loved it :) I also love how it turned out, easel cards are my new favorite to make!

Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps Challenge #1

I just {heart} Sparkle’s blog and was so excited when she announced the opening of her new stamp company.  I had to get a few of her cuties to play with.

This is Swimming Lucy and I created this card for Challenge #1 at Sparkle Creations Rubber Stamps.

I went to a crop yesterday and challenged myself to try different folds on cards, this one is a joy fold card. I was very surprised at how easy it went to together!  I made 10 cards total which will be posted sporadically as the recipients receive them (and a few are for upcoming PTT challenges!) Its Grilling Time!

Another card for yet another summer swap. I had to create 4 different cards to send to the same person in July. Next month's theme is C - I'm already half done with those. Ahead of the game for once!!
The stamp here is Changito Chef from Stampendous. I love the Changito line. I saw a preview of Changito Christmas stamps, oh I can't wait until the stamp store gets them in! The paper is all DCWV Summer Stack and the coloring was done with my prismacolor pencils. I added the Ranger Glossy Accents to his hat just give him a little oomph, stickles didn't seem appropriate LOL!

TFL! Its off to bed for me...I'd like to stay up to finish watching the Sox/Yankees game (GO SOX!) but there is still 2 more innings and I need my beauty sleep ;)

What's Moo?

This card served two purposes...one was for a sketch challenge and the other a summer swap. I'm up to 7 cards made today!

The cow and sentiment are from TAC's An'Udder Birthday? set and the cherries are from a Hero Arts Cupcakes set. I colored everything with my prismacolor pencils and inked the edges with Stampin Up Apricot Appeal. Paper is from the DCWV Summer stack, I will be so sad when I run out of this ice cream paper!
