Chocoholic Strikes Again!

My mojo kept moving right along last night...created 2 more cards with the Chocoholic set and then one this morning. I might be able to squeeze one last card out of these scraps!

It's a chocolate kind of day...

I have been wanting to make a card using the Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps Chocoholic set. I finally sat down this morning and did it. I used Sketch AVS03 from the Verve Anniversary sketches.

Spicas Rock!!

I got my Copic Spica Glitter pens in the mail today! Woohoo!! I got them here. Great price and fast shipping. I'm using them on a waterfall card that I am making. I love them and wonder why I waited so long to get them. The card is coming along okay so far, its my first time making this kind of card. I'll be able to post pictures of it once the receipient gets it!

I was Image Queen!!

I was named Image Queen on one of my Yahoo groups - StampCrazyColorBox. Every two weeks we have a new queen and we shower them with images. Here are some of the images I received! I can't wait to have time to turn them into cards or use them on scrapbook pages.

More August Cards

I am so proud of the first card. This was for a mystery swap on a yahoo group. Had to create a card using items sent by the hostess (images, background paper, embellishments). I decided to use a new to me technique - the spotlight technique. It was so fun to do! I can't wait to try it with another stamp.


Next up is a red, white & blue challenge - I decided to do a Christmas card since I had been stamping Christmas images. This image is from Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps - Primitive Christmas set.

This card uses Birthday Fun by Sweet 'N Sassy Stamps. It was fun to create. Nice mix of paper, images and colors.

This was for a non-swap challenge. 5 of us were sent a stamp set from a friend on a yahoo group. We all had to create a card with the same set. They all turned out pretty neat! Here is my version - let's party!
This was for a travel swap. I am so pleased with it! It was my 2nd time ever trying to use my embossing gun. It turned out great and I can't wait to emboss some more!


This was for a Christmas in August swap. I just love how it came out, can't wait to make a few more to use for my Christmas cards.
