Baby Congrats Card

I made this card super quick tonight before going to visit a friend. I'm getting much better at planning and executing cards fast! It probably took me longest to tie the darn bow lol, I need to get a Bow Easy!

I pulled out one of the BEST baby stamps set that I have ever bought, Cuddles & Tickles by Stampin Up - $3 at the LSS tag sale a few years ago. The paper is from the Baby Boy Nursery DCWV mat stack that I bought ages ago and never used.

When I saw the Tech Talk set by Melanie Muenchinger for Gina K Designs, I just knew I had to get it so I can make my techy guy cards with it. I stamped the laptop on paper from the Basic Grey Ambrosia paper pad and I stamped the 'happy vday' using letters from the Multi Retro My Sentiments Exactly set and the happy face is from the Tech Talk set. I found the cool ribbon at Michaels on clearance last night...yes, I waited til late last night to make my card, typical me!!

Stamping Bella Weekend

Hi there!

This weekend I'm playing with some of my favorite online gals making cards using Stamping Bella stamps! This was Danni's brainstorm and she asked if we wanted to play along, but of course...especially since it's all her fault that I started buying them LOL! {Thanks Danni! :-)}

For my first card, I am using Juggla Bella. I got her in a swap last year and thought she'd be perfect for a valentine card.

I used today's OCC sketch for the layout.


I'm also entering it into the Pretty in Pink Challenge at Crazy for Challenges.
