Creative Card Crew Sketch Challenge

I used Creative Card Crew’s sketch challenge to make a thank you card for my stepdad. Over the last year he has done an amazing job of renovating and fixing up our house so on the 1st anniversary of Mike and I buying it, I decided to finally make him a card. I kept putting it off lol…we had a little barbeque with my parents on Saturday so I gave it to him then and he loved it. He stopped by yesterday and said he keeps looking at it, yay I did good LOL! The fun dp is by Moxxie, I found it at a LSS earlier this month and got a few sheets for my renovation scrapbook album and an extra to use on a few cards.  The image is Little Helper from the Anki’s Sweethearts series at SCACD!

Hearts Galore

February is off to such a slow start for me! It's the 7th and I've only made 4 cards and 3 of those were today.

This weekend our 'theme' weekend was to use scraps, I hardly made a dent in mine! Here is the first card using the Mojo124 sketch. I love all the layers :)

The dp is all scraps of DCWV paper from one of my many stacks and the stamp is from the CTMH set Love You. You can't tell in the picture but I popped the stamped heart on micro pop dots to give it just a little dimension.
