Happy Birthday for Birthday Sundaes #34

It's time for another Birthday Sundaes Challenge!

Today is DT Member Tracey's Birthday and she is sponsoring us. Happy Birthday Tracey!!

This is the prize that Tracey is offering, an assortment of Kaisercraft Christmas supplies. Aren't they pretty? I love Kaisercraft!

Our challenge today is an easy one - create a birthday card and include birthday wording on your card front. Easy peasy! Also we have Mary Beth joining us as a Guest Designer today, you can see her sample on the Birthday Sundaes blog and visit her blog {HERE}.  If you'd like to enter for a chance to win this fab prize, click {HERE}. Please be sure to abide by our rules when entering.

Here is my card~

I just LOVE the colors in this paper! It's Authentique Blissful and I got it from Susana's. My favorite source for 6x6 paper. I used 3 different Martha Stewart punches for the butterflies and the sentiment is from the Birthday Cheer stamp set from Paper Makeup Stamps. Speaking of PMS, I'll be back in a few hours with my sneak peek for PMS' new release tomorrow!

I am also entering my cheerful birthday card into these challenges:
Di's Digi Designs Challenge Blog - Ribbons & Bows
Annabelle Stamps - Say it with Sentiments
Clean & Simple Stamping - FTL165 sketch

Baby Congrats Card

I made this card super quick tonight before going to visit a friend. I'm getting much better at planning and executing cards fast! It probably took me longest to tie the darn bow lol, I need to get a Bow Easy!

I pulled out one of the BEST baby stamps set that I have ever bought, Cuddles & Tickles by Stampin Up - $3 at the LSS tag sale a few years ago. The paper is from the Baby Boy Nursery DCWV mat stack that I bought ages ago and never used.

Challenges completed ~
CAS-tastic Challenge #1 - Anything CAS
Caardvarks - new baby card
Our Creative Corner - Bows
Papertake Weekly - Cutie Pie

Tomorrow is my last vacation day ~ sniffle, sniffle. I've really enjoyed being home getting things done...weekends just aren't long enough to be productive LOL!

Have a great night and thanks for looking :)

Papertake Weekly #28

I'm remembering to post a card during the week that the challenge was issued, woohoo! I've created quite a few cards lately for swaps that qualify for challenges and then totally forget to post them. I'll still share them, probably next week since I'm on vacation and will hopefully have a little more time to blog post/hop.

I made this for a Letter M swap. Usually when I sign up for M swaps, its always a monkey for me, I love my Changito Monkey stamps! But the monkeys are currently hiding, so I had to come up with something different. While going through my images, I found this adorable Mushroom Friends image (by CC Designs) that I stamped ages ago. Glad to finally be using at least one stamp from that set.

I thought this week's sketch from Papertake Weekly was perfect for this stamp.

Supplies Used:
Stamp: Mushroom Friends ~ CC Designs
Paper: Basic Grey Ambrosia
Ink: Memento
Copics: E41, E57, Y35, R17, YG25, RV21, T3
Accessories: Nestabilities Labels 3, prima flowers, diamond stickles

Thanks for stopping by!
