Baby Congrats Card

I made this card super quick tonight before going to visit a friend. I'm getting much better at planning and executing cards fast! It probably took me longest to tie the darn bow lol, I need to get a Bow Easy!

I pulled out one of the BEST baby stamps set that I have ever bought, Cuddles & Tickles by Stampin Up - $3 at the LSS tag sale a few years ago. The paper is from the Baby Boy Nursery DCWV mat stack that I bought ages ago and never used.
