Happy Thanksgiving!!

Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!!

When I think about this last year, I get all teary eyed....happy tears, of course! I have so much to be thankful for this year...wonderful family and friends, without them I don't know where I would be...they have helped me become the person I am today. I am thankful for my new house and engagement. I am thankful that I am still working. I'm thankful for the wonderful online community of friends I have made and to those that have helped me grow as an artist this year. Your encouragement and support means the world to me!

Here are the last of the Thanksgiving cards to share:

Here is Riley with his turkey. The layout was a sketch challenge in one of my card groups. My favorite thing is the buttons, I finally bought some Scrapper's Floss to finish them off.

This is Indian Sadie from C.C. Designs. I used Unscripted Sketches #31 for the layout.

And last, but not least:

This adorable mouse is from Great Impressions. I bought him last year and never used him. I couldn't let another holiday go by without making a card with him. The layout is TESC91.

I hope you have all a blessed holiday!

3 Challenge Riley

I made this card on Sunday and I'm finally remembering to post it! P.S....if you are here for Flutter By Wednesdays, scroll down to the next post!

This is a 3 challenge card using Pumpkin Patch Riley!
Challenge 1: I used ESS58 by Tracy at Eat, Sleep, Stamp. Love her sketches! As you can see I flipped the sketch and used leaves in place of the small embellies.
Challenge 2: Whimsical Ink Society requires you to use embossing (wet or dry), so I used my Autumn Cuttlebug folder
and Challenge 3: Saturday Spotlight with Hidden Potential - SSHP05 In So Many Words...perfect for my cuttlebug folder panel.

Thanks for visiting!

Meet Riley!

This is one of my new Hanna Stamps, I bought a few of the seasonal/holiday ones a few months ago and finally got around to using one of them! I made 4 different cards but can only share 3 for now, still waiting for a few others to get one version of him. I really love this stamp and can see me using it again next fall!

This card was made for a no designer paper swap - wow, this was hard! I'm so used to pulling for one of my stacks when I make cards. I used a sketch from the Poetic Artistry blog - Mojo Monday #41.

Stamps: Pumpkin Patch Riley (Hanna Stamps)
Paper: Paper Company
Ink: Versafine Vintage Sepia
Accessories: Pumpkin Harvest Folder (Cuttlebug), Threading Water punch (Fiskars), leaf eyelets, prismacolor pencils, ribbon (Joanns)

This card was for a Cuttlebug swap. The background paper is one of my favorites, I'll be so sad when I finish using it! Sketch is from Beate's Weekend Sketches - #52, which you can find HERE.

Stamps: Pumpkin Patch Riley (Hanna Stamps)
Paper: Paper Company, DCWV
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black
Accessories: Pumpkin Harvest Folder (Cuttlebug), Autumn Type Folder (Cuttlebug), leaf eyelets, prismacolor pencils

I used a sketch on a new blog I found, which you can find HERE.

Stamps: Pumpkin Patch Riley (Hanna Stamps)
