I've been on vacation since December 23rd and have been enjoying every moment!
Even though a lot of time has been spent taking care of our home, I'm grateful to have a home to take care of. On Thursday, I finally spent a good chunk of day scrapping. Go me! Both pages were created using papers from the Winter Twig line by Little Yellow Bicycle.
Here is what I created~
This page will be the 2nd page to a page I did earlier this month, thus the lack of title and journaling. This was created using Sketchy Thursday's sketch for inspiration.
This page was created using the Little Yellow Bicycle sketch challenge~
Thanks for looking!

LOAD Days 12-14
{Please scroll down one post for my Birthday Sundaes challenge card}
I've still been keeping up with the May LOAD challenge - woohoo me! With Blogger down I wasn't able to post Thursday's page and then I busy, busy with no time for posting until today!
This is Day 12's page. I was inspired by The Paper Variety's movie inspiration challenge for this layout. I originally planned to scrap some stars from the Hollywood Walk of Fame but then I came across this picture of me & Woody from The Big E and I thought it was perfect :) I used last week's Sketchy Thursday layout.
Here is Day 13's page. Again lots of old stash used up! The photo is of my friend's pets. I helped her take her Christmas card picture that year (2007). This is one of the outtakes :)
This page is from Day 14. Another page full of old stash, even a swap item! I have tons of those to use up. The photo is of the doggies in the above picture. I came across this picture the other day and was surprised to pull the page together so quickly yesterday morning. Having some of my paper organized by theme is making scrapping really easy and now I am motivated to finally get the paper closet finished! I hope to have some time next weekend to work on it.
Now to figure out today's page!
TFL!

Lollipop Crafts Challenge #7
Happy Monday!
Today's Lollipop Crafts challenge is 'All About Family'. Please create a card or project about family and link it to the Lollipop Crafts challenge blog. This week's sponsor is Stamp and Create, you will find all the prize details and challenge rules on the blog.
I decided to create a project focusing on my adorable nieces. I just love to scrap pictures of them and am so pleased with how this page came out.

The layout is this week's Sketchy Thursday sketch. The papers and embellishments are from the Basic Grey Olivia line and I used word stamps from the Dream Big Verve stamp set near the bottom of the page.

Sentimental Sundays meets Sketchy Thursdays!
TGIF!!! It's been a very long week here, so happy the weekend has finally arrived and so has the nice weather! We actually had to use the heat a few times this week, thought we were done with that a few weeks ago!
Anyways, the reason you are here...I made this card last night for two challenges, a new one called Sentimental Sundays. Great challenge that reminds you to put a sentiment on your card front, I don't always do that and need to remember to, after all it's one of the reasons I'm always buying sentiment stamps LOL! Challenge #1 is call Blooming Gorgeous and needs to include a flower and sentiment. Both my image and sentiment are from the same Sweet 'N Sassy Digi set called Fluttering By, it's so pretty!

The layout is the new sketch from Sketchy Thursdays, perfect for the image I was using!
Card Supplies~
Stamps: Fluttering By ~ Sweet 'N Sassy Digi Stamps
Paper: Basic Grey Green at Heart
Copics: V04, V06, V09, Y15, RV13, YG25, B000, YR65, YR68
Other: EK Success scalloped scallop border punch, lemon & spica pens
That's all for now! I'll be back tonight with the end of the month round-up!
