Happy Mother's Day!

Happy Mother's Day!

I started my day being woken up with doggy kisses from Amber and then I spent the day with my mom :)

Here is the card I made for her this morning - yes, I'm a last minute girl and work better under pressure LOL!

I used the London Market Project Pantry kit and the Make It Amazing stamp set from Taylored Expressions. Aren't the papers so pretty! I knew they would make a wonderful card for my mom.

I am entering the card in several challenges:

Clean & Simple Stamping #190

Tuesday Throwdown #97 - Motherly Love

Celebrate the Occasion #62 - Mother's Day

Raise the Bar #104 - Mother's Day

Here's a pic I had my hubby take of us after we got back from shopping and lunch :)

Riley with his green beer :)

Is it too early for some green beer? LOL

I made this card last night to send to my stepdad, yes last night and I know St. Pat's is tomorrow. He only lives up the street so hopefully it gets there in time!

A few more hearts

Here is card #2 using scraps and just a few more hearts :)

I love how this card turned out, I had fun with the hearts and used Glossy Accents on two and diamond stickles on the other two. The Just for You and two stickled hearts from the CTMH set Love of My Life and the other two are from the Sweet N Sassy Stamps set Key to My Heart.

I used the FTL #76 sketch for the layout, I think this will be a go to sketch quite often.

I am also entering this card in these challenges:
If the Shoe Fits #21 - Red, Pink & White
Raise the Bar #4 - Hearts
Stampin' for the Weekend - Valentines themed

To see what the rest of the Weekend Crew is doing with their scraps, check out my right sidebar.

Thanks for stopping by...come back shortly, I will have at least one or two more cards to share!
